Refund and Returns Policy

At Sacred Obsidian, our goal is to deliver impactful, empowering resources that support your transformation and healing journey. We stand by the quality of our offerings and want to be transparent about what to expect when you invest in your wellness through us.

Digital Products (E-books, Guides, Printables, Infographics, etc.)

All digital product purchases are non-refundable. Due to the nature of instant access, we cannot offer refunds once the product has been delivered.

If you experience technical difficulties and are unable to access or download your product, please contact us at sales@sacredobsidian.com. If our records confirm that the product was not accessed or downloaded, and you’ve made a good-faith effort to notify us within 7 days of purchase, we will review your case and provide a resolution.

Courses & Programs

All course and program purchases are final sale. Once you’ve enrolled and gained access, we cannot offer refunds, whether or not the course has been completed.

You are encouraged to review course details and reach out with any questions before purchase. Your growth journey is personal, and our materials are designed to support you step-by-step, self-paced or not.

Memberships

Your membership subscription may be canceled at any time, but all cancelations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.

To avoid future charges please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Supplements via fullscript

Sacred Obsidian does not handle the sale or shipping of supplements. All supplement purchases are fulfilled by FullScript. For any questions, refunds, or returns related to supplements, please contact Fullscript directly through your Fullscript account page.
