How do I know which membership level is right for me?
It’s all about where you are on the journey. If you’re just exploring, start with the free tier, Ignite. If your serious about wellness and need structured guidance, and a little more access, choose Elevate. If you’re ready for deep transformation and personalized coaching, Transform may be for you.
What’s expected of me as a client or member?
Partnership. As a client or patient, you must be willing to be open in every aspect of your health, family history, lifestyle, habits, and beliefs. Having clear goals and compliance are essential. If you come to us with a genuine desire to be your healthiest and are prepared to do the work to make meaningful changes, we can promise results. One other commitment we ask is patience. Lifelong health is a journey. If you are patient and willing to persevere, optimal health is achievable.
What happens if I cancel? Do I lose all access
If you’re an Elevate or Transform member, you’ll be downgraded to the free tier. You will lose access to premium content and any associated product discounts. However, you can still participate in free community discussions (once open).
Can I cancel or upgrade my membership anytime?
Yes. You’re in control. You can switch tiers, cancel, or pause anytime through your account settings or by contacting us. No guilt, no pressure—only alignment. Your membership will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
If I’m on a budget, is this still worth it?
That’s a You question, and no one can answer this for you. However, your health and wellbeing are your greatest assets and should be an investment you feel good about. Right now, at introductory prices, Elevate costs less than a coffee a day, and Transform is less than one doctor visit a month! Now is the best time to lock in an affordable price.
How do I access my resources & coaching?
Once you join, you’ll receive a welcome email with your login and next steps. Everything lives in your member dashboard, including replays, courses, downloads, and upcoming calls. If coaching is available to you, you will receive information via email as to how many sessions, scheduling, and so on.
